Greg and his right hand man Craig were fantastic to work with. They took up the challenge of rectifying the work of a previous dodgy building company. Our home was a 90% original bungalow with all the original timber still intact, which we wanted to retain. Greg meticulously removed and then reinstated the original skirting boards and architraves to allow them to re-gib and insulate the front half of the house. With a 100 year old home there were always going to be challenges, nothing was too much trouble and they both offered suggestions on how things could be resolved, this was not done thinking that there was an endless pool of money! Their attention to detail was amazing when they had to replicate existing window sills etc to replace damaged sections. When the plans had to change due to unforeseen circumstances this was all taken in the stride without complaint. Their sense of humour was great and accommodation of our shift work schedule made the whole process pleasantly tolerable. The continual updates on the progress and work schedule made sure everyone one was on the same wave length and emails or voice messages were always replied too. Greg would recommend sub contractors who we used and will continue to use in the future. Would we recommend and/or use RGS Home Builders – Greg Stewart again, yes without a doubt. In fact we have asked Greg to pop in to discuss some options for our new home we have just purchased.

As a school principal (now retired), landlord and homeowner I have used the services of RGS Home Builders (Greg Stewart) for well over ten years and will continue to do so in the future.
The projects Greg has been asked to complete have ranged from maintenance and repairs through to recladding and rebuilding. These projects have been completed on buildings ranging from reasonably modern through to over a century old. No job has proven too small, too large or too difficult.
At all times Greg has completed his projects competently, professionally, to a very high standard and within the required timeline. Greg is a very easy person to work with and has always maintained good relationships with, and managed to work around the needs ol other parties involved such as tenants.
